THE ANCHORVEST SHORT DURATION FUND ISA (THE “FUND”)

The Fund is designed for capital preservation by focusing on high quality, short to moderate-duration loans that are collateralized by real estate and are largely uncorrelated to the stock and bond markets. These loans typically are higher-yielding with low volatility and low correlation to other investment options, and historically have offered stable returns even during volatile markets. Our loan portfolio is derived from exclusive access to originators with whom we have deep relationships, and is engineered to be highly diversified and secured while maintaining low default/loss rates. Anchorvest’s goal is to provide a consistent return while mitigating both interest rate and public market risk. The Fund offers investors a liquid alternative to lower-yielding fixed income investments while maintaining exposure to mainly high quality collateralized assets.
